Lynn’s Time Crunch

Ahhhhh, just realized I didn’t add my regular Thursday post to Charity Mile. My husband’s out of town, on a 3 day business trip to Texas, we’re smack dab in the middle of nightly Team in Training information meetings, and I’m doing the 1/2 marathon at ING Miami this weekend.

Not that any of those reasons are good reasons why I didn’t post to Charity Mile, just too much stuff floating around my head today. And I’ve been working on getting my Run Diva site up and running over the past week or so. Need to clone myself I guess!?!

I’ll be going to the Health Expo, as part of the ING Miami Marathon tomorrow. So that should give me lots of good ideas for stuff to post about next week!

I’ve also been spending a lot of my time today, letting everyone know about my online interview on the Growing Bolder webiste. So I guess I’ll continue to toot my own horn today.

I’ve got some very exciting news to report.

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Katy Widrick, Executive Producer of the Growing Bolder Media Group. Katy wanted to know if she could interview me for the Growing Bolder 5 Questions With… segment. Katy just emailed me to let me know the article is online. Check it out – my 15 minutes of fame!

Here is the link to the article: 5 Questions With Lynn Smythe. Kind of cool to be the one being interviewed for a change, rather than the interviewer.

Take care,
Lynn Smythe AKA the Bike Diva

How neat to get a chance to show show off a bit, you deserve it to be in the spotlight for a change! Have a great time in Miami this weekend.

Thanks Sandra!
We’re experiencing a cold front down here in S Florida, hoping it warms up by Sunday AM. :)

Hey Lynn,

I hope your race was fun and you stayed warm! Great interview.

Weather cooperated in Miami. It was 57 degrees as we were leaving the hotel at 4:45 AM to walk to the start line. Would have liked it to have been a little bit cooler, almost got too warm once the sun came out.
