When you, your friends and family walk you support the March of Dimes and its programs:
The money you raise goes directly to research to find the causes of premature birth and how it can be prevented, to support families whose babies must spend time in neonatal intensive care units and to provide women with the latest information on having a healthy pregnancy.
The March of Dimes Walk is held in 1,100 cities in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Walks are planned from April to November, but good percentage of them are going on in May and June.

The Denver walk is on Saturday April 28, 2007. There’s more info on the Colorado chapter site. Have fun!
