The Central PA Team in Training group will hold its kickoff this weekend.

Charity Mile member thediva0629 has organized a 5k walk/run to be held on August 9th 2008. It is a walk for the Great American Health Challenge focusing on Childhood Obesity.

The Lance Armstrong Foundation will be hosting several cycling events this year. These raise funds for the fight against cancer. LIVESTRONG Challenge Portland will be on June 29th. Other Livestrong events are coming up later in the year in San Jose CA in July, Philadelphia area in August and Austin TX in October.
